Camo Inspo by W’menswear

We get a ton of inspiration from the classic women’s workwear shop aptly named W’menswear. Their tagline, “Hard hitting garments for hard hitting women” sums their ethos up nicely. And their latest camo pieces are top notch.

Their classic Engineer’s Jacket for women is back this season, inspired by the Tektite II research program in May of 1970. The jackets are made in a Japanese cotton twill, screen printed in authentic Tigerstripe camo. This pattern was developed for close-range use in dense jungle during jungle warfare by the Southern Vietnamese Armed Forces and adopted by US Special Forces in 1964.

They’ve also released a stellar Research Coverall for women with the same epic pattern. Enjoy.
