Cat lovers unite! The Brooklyn-based visual artist, Shyam Golden, is currently working on an illustrated book called Catsquatch. Lovingly described as a “story for humans”, Catsquatch is being created with a mix of iPad graphic design, and oil on canvas. Shyama’s subjects are typically a combination of real and imagined people—primarily women—with masks and animals often functioning as metaphors for human social dynamics. We can’t wait to see the cat adventures once the book is released later this year.
