MKII is a watch brand based outside of Philadelphia. They look to vintage tool watches and evolve them for today using updating technology and techniques. Often the tool watches that provide their inspiration are issued military watches of the past. That’s the case with their Paradive watch, an homage to a dive watch developed for CIA and Special Forces in the 1960’s. At 41.25mm’s in diameter and with a nearly sterile dial, it’s a chameleon of a dive watch. Throw a new strap on it and its character can completely shift. The 12hr elapsed bezel allows for easily tracking timezones when it’s time to get a passport stamp. What on first glance is a simple design has angles and detail normally reserved for much more expensive watches. Form following function done right.

Available for $895

Mystery Ranch is known for making some of the best packs here in the US. If it’s good enough for all facets of servicemen/women then its definitely good enough for urban missions. The ASAP is one of their smallest assault packs. Its unique 3-ZIP design gives you super quick access to your gear inside the pack. There is MOLLE on the interior as well as the exterior so you have all the options you need for attaching accessories. This pack has 500D CORDURA® with Teflon® and PU coatings for maximum durability, UV, and weather protection.
